OUR MISSION

Find a need and fill it. We began FirefighterFit Endurance as a way to share the lessons of teamwork and leadership that we lived and breathed as a Hotshot.

Being involved in endurance-based events, we saw deficiencies in program practices and participant approach. We also found that new innovations were few and far between, with the bulk of endurance event companies running similar exercises and activities.

There is no growth in complacency. Too often, success generates a complacency in approach. While some people approach their endurance events

LONG DURATION ENDURANCE EVENTS

Our long duration events are programmed for 24-48 hours. The Initial Attack Experience and King of The Mountain are long duration formats where the duration is determined by the effectiveness of our participants. Execute teamwork and effectively resolve the programmed challenges and the duration shortens. Refuse to follow instructions or fail to execute effective tactics and you will find that we will provide you plenty of time to complete your tasks.

SHORT DURATION ENDURANCE EVENTS

Our short duration events are programmed for 6-14 hours. Lightning Module, and its urban version, Urban Interface are both short duration events that focus on teamwork and problem solving. Tasks will often comprise of team-focus activities that go beyond the Tunnel of Tired, er, Tunnel of Love. We make you work for it because success can only be earned, it can never be given.

LEADERSHIP/TEAMWORK CORPORATE WORKSHOPS

Our corporate leadership and team training modules bring the lessons learned on the fireline to your business or management group. We teach proven leadership methods. Methods that we implement in every aspect of our field and can be applied to your field. Leadership and teamwork is universal.

ENDURANCE TRAINING GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL

To achieve your maximum performance, you have to train. The challenge is finding the type of training that addresses the fitness needs and mental approach that leads you to success. We have Advisors and coaches on hand who develop, lead, and train in our endurance programming and training modules. Get trained by the men and women who live endurance.
